You land in Kathmandu in the afternoon, where you are warmly welcomed at the airport by our tour guide. A short transfer takes you to our hotel. After checking in and freshening up. Day 02: Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will visit the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple due to the large population of monkeys inhabiting the area; it holds significant religious and cultural importance for Buddhists. Day 03: Kathmandu

Pashupatinath Temple • Boudhanath Stupa • Interact with monks & Bhaktapur Durbar Square

After breakfast, visit Pashupatinath Temple, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition. Pashupatinath is regarded as one of the most sacred temples of Hindu Lord Shiva in the world and its existence dates back to 400 A.D. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred lingam, a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. Thousands of pilgrims from all over the world come to pay homage to this temple that is also known as 'The Temple of Living Beings'. Only the Hindus are allowed to go inside the temple.

Participate in a Blessing with Sadhus (holy men):

The Sadhus, with their vibrant attire and spiritual aura, offer blessings using Rudrakshi, symbolizing divine protection. It is a serene moment of spiritual connection and peace.

Next you will visit Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in the Valley and one of the largest in the world. It looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design with hundreds of prayer wheels and 108 small images of Buddha all around. The stupa has four sides with the watchful eyes of Lord Buddha. All the Buddhists throng to this stupa to take part in the sacred rituals during the Buddhist festivals.

Take time to interact with the monks at Boudhanath, engaging in enlightening conversations about Buddhist practices, meditation, and their daily lives. Gain insights into the profound spiritual significance of this iconic site and partake in spinning the prayer wheels or lighting butter lamps.

Lastly visit Bhaktapur, an ancient city renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture, temples, and courtyards. Wander through the narrow alleys of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, admiring the intricately carved wooden structures and traditional Newari craftsmanship. Day 04: Kathmandu - Chitwan

Tharu Cultural Dance

Morning after breakfast drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival check-in at the jungle lodge. In the afternoon, you will begin your jungle activities. You have the opportunity to visit a local village and learn about the traditional lifestyle of the Tharu people. In the evening, you will attend a cultural performance featuring traditional Tharu music and dance.

Experience the rich cultural heritage of the local Tharu community with a captivating performance of their traditional stick dance. This centuries-old tradition, passed down through generations, is traditionally performed during religious festivals to honor and seek the blessings of the gods. The vibrant rhythms, colorful attire, and energetic movements offer a fascinating insight into the unique customs and traditions of the Tharu people.

2 Nights in Chitwan

Day 05: Chitwan

Canoe Safari • Bird Watching • Jeep Safari

Full Day Engage in Various Jungle Activities

After breakfast, you will continue your jungle adventure with a full day of activities. You will go on a canoe ride down the Rapti River, where you can observe various species of birds, crocodiles, and other wildlife. You will also have the opportunity to go on a jeep safari to explore the jungle and see animals such as one-horned rhinoceroses, Bengal tigers, and sloth bears.

Canoe Safari: A canoe ride is an excellent way to enjoy the unique ecosystem around the rivers and floodplains. Mugger crocodiles and Gharials basking on banks, storks, ducks, kingfishers along with otters, turtles and if lucky, even a fishing cat, are some of the creatures to watch out for. The comfortable wooden oar boats glide noiselessly, maneuvered by expert oarsmen while naturalists explain the world around the water. The boats are equipped with life jackets and the boatmen are expert swimmers who also act as lifeguards.

Bird Watching: Chitwan is rightly considered a bird watcher's paradise. Exotic birds such as the highly endangered Bengal florican and the glorious paradise flycatcher, as well as a range of colorful sunbirds, kingfishers and jungle fowl, call this forest their home.

Jeep Safari/Safari Drives: Safari drives are conducted by expert naturalists in specially designed 4X4 vehicles with theatre style seating. Along with the thrill of tiger tracking, is a memorable stop for a picnic breakfast. The dense jungles of Chitwan have large stretches of Sal with a closed canopy. A safari drive through these patches, with trees towering above and reams of sunlight breaking through the thick canopy is an enchanting experience. Seated in a specially designed safari vehicle, guests drive around the jungle, accompanied by a trained naturalist and an experienced tracker from the local community. The one horned Rhinoceros is the star of Chitwan and is usually spotted in open woods and grasslands. Along with mammals, the forest has 56 species of reptiles and amphibians, the most commonly spotted ones being the monitor lizards and pythons.

Day 06: Chitwan - Pokhara

Phewa Lake Boat Ride • Tal Barahi Temple

After the journey from Chitwan to Pokhara is a scenic drive that covers approximately 160 kilometers and typically takes around 4-5 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic.

Upon arrival in Pokhara, we'll check into our hotel and rest for the remainder of the day.

In the evening, head to Phewa Lake for a tranquil Boating experience, admiring the reflection of the mountains on the crystal-clear waters. Visit the Tal Barahi Temple situated on an island in the lake. Relish in the peaceful ambiance of Pokhara as you unwind from your journey, enjoying moments of serenity by the lakeside. Day 07: Pokhara - Thasang

Galeshwor Temple • Free Time in Thasang valley

After an early breakfast, the group will embark on a scenic jeep journey to Thasang, a hidden gem nestled in the Kali Gandaki Valley. The drive follows the winding roads along the Kali Gandaki River, the world’s deepest gorge, surrounded by the towering Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.

En-route visit Galeshwor Temple (1,170m), a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Parvati. Pilgrims believe that visiting this temple brings spiritual purification. And, the group will stop at Tatopani for a refreshing break. Lunch will be served at the Tatopani Hot Spring Hotel, offering traditional Nepali dishes with spectacular mountain views.

Upon arrival in Thasang, guests will check into their cozy mountain lodge, offering breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri (8,167m). The evening will be free for leisure, allowing them to explore the serene landscapes or simply relax by the lodge’s fireplace. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Day 08: Thasang - Muktinath

Marpha Village • Muktinath Temple • Jwala Mai Temple (Eternal Fire)

After an early breakfast, the journey continues toward Muktinath, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites for both Hindus and Buddhists. The drive ascends through dramatic high-altitude landscapes, with breathtaking views of the Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri ranges. The road winds through barren, wind-swept terrain, offering a stark contrast to the lush valleys of lower Mustang. En-route, you'll visit Tukuche Village and apple orchards around Marpha Village.

From Marpha, the drive continues to Jomsom (2,720m) and further towards Muktinath, passing through the stark landscapes of the Mustang region.

Upon arrival, guests will embark on a short hike or take a pony ride to reach the Muktinath Temple, a sacred sanctuary at 3,800 meters. Here, pilgrims take a ritual bath in the 108 ice-cold water spouts, believing it cleanses them of sins. Nearby, the Jwala Mai Temple houses an eternal flame that burns naturally from an underground gas source, symbolizing the unity of earth, water, fire, air, and sky.

Day 09: Muktinath - Ghami

Leaving Muktinath behind, the group sets off on an adventurous drive deeper into Upper Mustang, a region known for its ancient Tibetan culture and breathtaking desert-like landscapes. The route follows the Kali Gandaki River, passing through traditional villages with white-washed houses, Buddhist chortens, and barley fields.

En-route visit Ghami village situated in the remote area of Mustang district in Nepal. It is an ancient village famous for its unique culture, architecture and landscape. The village is known for its beautiful white-washed houses and intricate carvings on doors and windows.

Then, transfer to Tsarang, This village is a beautiful and historical place located in the Mustang district of Nepal. Charang is located at an elevation 3560 meters / 11680 feet above sea level. It is situated near the Kali Gandaki River and surrounded by majestic mountains. The village is well-known for its ancient architecture, rich culture, and the unique way of life of its inhabitants.

Upon arrival in Tsarang, check in to your hotel and unwind for a while before heading out to explore this quiet yet culturally vibrant village. Visit the Tsarang Monastery, with its massive red walls and impressive collection of statues and thangkas, and explore the historic Royal Palace perched on the edge of the village. Strolling through the village offers a timeless experience, as you pass by whitewashed houses, prayer wheels, and chortens set against the backdrop of expansive mountain terrain.

Day 10: Ghami - Lo-Manthang

Ghar Gompa • King’s Palace • Thubchen and Jampa Monasteries

The journey continues towards Lo Manthang, the ancient walled city of the Mustang Kingdom. The drive offers surreal landscapes—deep gorges, dramatic cliffs, and eroded sandstone formations sculpted by wind and time. Along the way, guests will stop at Ghar Gompa, one of the oldest monasteries in Mustang, where legend has it that wishes made here come true.

Upon reaching Lo Manthang, guests will be captivated by its well-preserved medieval charm. The city is enclosed by high mud-brick walls, safeguarding centuries-old monasteries, royal palaces, and traditional homes. In the afternoon, they will explore the King’s Palace, a historic residence of Mustang’s former royal family, followed by a visit to Thubchen and Jampa Monasteries, adorned with intricate murals and Buddhist relics. Day 11: Lo-Manthang

Forbidden Kingdom of Lo Manthang • Nyphu Cave Monastery • Jhong Cave

 The day is dedicated to exploring the surrounding wonders of Lo Manthang. You will embark on a scenic drive to fascinating cave dwellings that date back thousands of years. These ancient caves, carved into cliffside walls, were once used as meditation chambers, burial sites, and even homes for early settlers.

A visit to the Nyphu Cave Monastery, perched dramatically against a rock face, provides insight into Mustang’s monastic traditions. Guests will also explore Jhong Cave, a multi-level cave complex with small meditation rooms interconnected by ladders and tunnels.

Day 12: Lo-Manthang - Muktinath

After approximately two and a half hours of rugged driving, the group arrives in Ghami, one of the region’s oldest and most picturesque settlements. Here, guests pause for a traditional lunch at a local teahouse, surrounded by whitewashed houses, chortens, and the longest mani wall in Mustang, carved with countless Buddhist prayers.

Post-lunch, the drive resumes toward Muktinath, ascending gradually through mountain passes and remote valleys. The scenery transitions subtly as the group descends from the dry highlands of Upper Mustang into the breezier plateaus near Lower Mustang. En route, the road passes through small Tibetan-influenced villages like Charang and Jharkot, each offering glimpses into the living heritage of the region. By late afternoon or early evening, the group reaches Muktinath, a sacred Himalayan village revered by pilgrims and travelers alike.

Upon reaching Jomsom (2,720 m), the administrative center of Mustang district, guests take time to explore the bustling bazaar, traditional stone houses, and local markets.
